Eligibility
The competition is open to all legal residents of France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom
(the “Eligible Territories”), who on the date of entry: (a) are aged 16 or over, (b) are able to compete in the relevant territory online
tournament described below at the times specified below, and for the full period of such tournament, and (c) hold a valid passport permitting
them to travel to and return from the London Reebok event on 16 April 2007 and are able so to travel. The competition is not open to
employees of Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH (“Konami”) or any of its affiliated or group companies, the employees of any agents or
contractors engaged in the administration of this competition, or any relation of such employees.

To Enter
On 29th March at 7:00pm (GMT) a question will be put on the site. The first 8 players to answer this question correctly and fill in their
details will then go on to play in the online tournament. Only the top UK player will be invited to attend the Rbk event
on 16th April. Tournaments will be run in each Eligible Territory. You will be informed whether you have been entered into the tournament by
[ 30th March ] 2007 together with instructions on how to join the tournament on Xbox Live! Konami will not be liable
in the event that you experience any difficulty in entering or in taking part in the tournament due to technical reasons.
Tournament Winners
All tournaments will be played as a knock-out according to the rules of Xbox 360 PES6 and Xbox Live! and such other rules as
Konami may notify you of beforehand, and the winner of each tournament determined accordingly. The results of the tournaments
will be notified to each player in the tournament. The winner of the tournament in each of the Eligible Territories will be invited
to attend the London Reebok event. Konami’s decision in the event of any dispute is final.
Winner Publicity
By entering a this competition the you accept that if you win the territory tournament and are invited to the London Reebok event,
Konami and its affiliated companies will have the right, to use your name and likeness, and personal details such as biographical
information, age and town of residence, for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional
purposes without being required to provide any further compensation to you, and you agree to sign any further documents in order
to give effect to this condition.
Entries
All entries will become the property of Konami on its receipt of them and will not be returned. Entrants hereby assign to Konami all
worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.
Suspension / Termination
Konami reserves the right to suspend cancel or alter the terms of this competition at any time.
Only the winner of the tournament shall be flown to London for the day. Neither Konami or Reebok will be covering the air fare for a companion unless the winner is under the age of 16 and is required to travel with a guardian.
